Cancellation policy per booking – Off peak and Peak Season:
If cancelled 120-90 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inc VAT) shall be charged.
If cancelled 89-45 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inc VAT) shall be charged.
If cancelled 44 or less days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the full booking value (inc VAT) shall be charged.
