All tariffs quoted are subject to change, without prior notice, however rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Singles subject to a 50% supplement for the third room occupied by one adult; *the first two single rooms within the same booking are not subject to the single supplement.
Tariffs include

- Road transfer from the Arathusa Airstrip to the Lodge
- Lunch must be pre-arranged if required on day of arrival and will be served 13h00 and 14h00.

- Airport tax
- Tourism levy of R10.00 per person per night
- Spa treatments
- Sabi Sand entrance fee per vehicle and conservation fee per person will be charged at Gowrie Gate
Accommodation
Chalets include
- Chalets 1 – 6 comprise of a bedroom, en suite bathroom (shower only), air conditioning, overhead fan, mosquito net.
- Chalets 7 and 8 of a bedroom, en suite bathroom (bath and outside shower), air conditioning, overhead fan, mosquito net
Main Lodge includes
- Swimming pool
- Bar and lounge area
- Viewing deck
- Boma
- Internet access
- Well stocked curio shop
- Massage facility
Chidren
- Children of all ages are welcome at Cheetah Plains Private Game Reserve
- Babysitters are available @ R80.00 an hour
- A child 12 years and under sharing with parents limited to 1 extra single bed per room
- Children 6 years and under are not permitted on game drives
Transfers
- Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request at additional costs
- All transfers are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies
- Transfer from/to private landing strips are complimentary, but must be booked prior to arrival (Arathusa and Chitwa Chitwa)

Gowrie Gate closes at 23h00
Payment
Direct clients
- 50% Deposit will be required to confirm the reservation
- Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival
- Full pre payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival
Trade
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation
- Full payment to reflect in our bank account 30 days prior to arrival subject to application forms completed
- All bookings to be confirmed in writing. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions
- Cheetah Plains reserves the right to release bookings, should payment not be received by the requested date.
- Any discrepancies on the confirmation/pro forma invoice must be addressed at time of booking
- All bank charges are for the account of the tour operator and will not be paid by Cheetah Plains
Cancellations
- Only written cancellations will be accepted.
- Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from the reservations office
- 50% cancellation fee is applicable if booking is cancelled 29 - 45 days prior to arrival
- 100% cancellation fee is applicable if booking cancelled 28 days and less prior to arrival
